Overview
The lbreeze Client Area allows you to review active services, check renewal dates, and request changes or cancellations. Understanding how to manage services helps you stay in control of your billing and infrastructure.
Viewing your active services
- Log in to the lbreeze Client Area.
- Go to Services → My Services.
- Review the list of active, pending, and suspended services.
Checking renewal dates
Each service entry typically shows a Next Due Date or renewal date. This indicates when the next invoice will be generated and when payment is expected.
Renewing services
In most cases, services renew automatically when the related invoice is paid. If manual renewal is required for a specific product, you will see an option to renew from the service details page or via a generated invoice.
Requesting cancellation
- Open the service you wish to cancel from the My Services list.
- Look for the Request Cancellation option.
- Choose whether you want Immediate or End of Billing Period cancellation.
- Provide a brief reason (optional but helpful) and submit the request.
Once a cancellation is processed, future renewals and invoices for that service will stop according to the selected option.
