Creating email accounts

Steps:

1. Log in at www.lbreeze.net.
2. Go to Email → Accounts → Add account.
3. Enter the mailbox name (info@yourdomain.com), display name, and strong password.
4. Set mailbox quota if applicable.
5. Save. Access via webmail or email clients.

Client configuration:

• IMAP (recommended for sync across devices), POP (download-only)
• SMTP authentication with TLS
• Use provider-recommended ports and security (typically IMAP 993/SSL, SMTP 587/TLS)

Best practices:

• Use unique passwords per mailbox.
• Create role-based addresses (support@, billing@) and define forwarders/aliases as needed.
• Enable spam filtering by default.

Troubleshooting:

• If login fails, check credentials, protocol (IMAP vs POP), and correct ports.
• If emails bounce, verify MX records and SPF/DKIM alignment.
