Spam protection and filters
Steps:
- Log in at www.lbreeze.net.
- Go to Email → Security → Spam filtering.
- Enable filtering; set sensitivity levels.
- Add safe senders (whitelist) and blocked senders (blacklist).
- Enable quarantine and periodic reports if available.
Best practices:
- Review spam logs weekly for false positives.
- Keep filters strict enough to reduce spam but avoid suppressing legitimate messages.
- Align SPF/DKIM/DMARC to improve deliverability.
Troubleshooting:
- If legitimate emails are flagged, whitelist the sender domain or adjust sensitivity.
- If spam leaks through, increase thresholds and validate your domain policies.
