What you get

Webmail at mail.yourdomain

Your own address on your own certificate — not a shared login page with another company's logo on it, and not a URL your staff have to be told twice.

Or keep the app you use

Standard IMAP underneath, so Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and your phone all work exactly as they do now. The webmail is there if you want it.

Calendars that know your colleagues

Start typing a name and it completes from your own directory. Invitations go out when you save, and replies show on the event.

Forwarders and aliases

Point sales@ at three people, or catch a retired address, without paying for another mailbox to do it.

Built for the phone

One drawer for folders, the list or the message one at a time, and a header that stacks properly instead of collapsing over itself.

Attachments that do not vanish

Files upload to the draft on the server as you add them, so closing the tab by accident does not lose the email you were writing.

Deliverability

The part that decides whether it arrives.

Most email problems are not about the inbox. They are about whether the other end trusts you — and that is set up before your first message goes out, not after someone tells you their reply bounced.

Set up for you, on day one

You do not have to know what any of these are. They are the reason your mail lands in an inbox rather than a spam folder, and they are configured before you send anything.

  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC The records that tell other mail servers your mail is really from you. Signing keys are rotated on a schedule, because a key that never changes is the one that eventually leaks.
  • MTA-STS and DANE Which mean your mail is delivered over an encrypted connection rather than one that quietly falls back to plain text.
  • Warmed-up sending addresses New sending IPs build reputation gradually instead of starting at full volume and getting throttled. You do not have to manage this.
  • Spam filtering on the way in Filtered on our own systems rather than routed through an extra company first.

mailboxes moved and checked message by message

The migration from another provider was proven at a thousand mailboxes before it was offered to anyone. Folders, read and unread state, flags and dates arrive as they were — not approximately as they were.

Moving from your current provider

1 · Tell us where it is now

We connect with credentials you give us and can revoke. Nothing on your old provider is changed.

2 · A rehearsal first

Mail is copied and compared, and you see the counts, before anything is switched over.

3 · You pick the moment

The MX record changes when you say so — usually a quiet evening rather than a Monday morning.

4 · A final sweep

Anything that arrived at the old provider during the switch is brought across, so nothing lands in a mailbox you have stopped checking.

Frequently asked questions

How many mailboxes do I get?

Five on Web Starter, twenty-five on Web Business and a hundred on Web Agency, at 1 GB, 5 GB and 10 GB each. Reseller plans carry considerably more.

Will my old email come across?

Yes — folders, flags, read state and dates. That is verified message by message rather than assumed, which is why we are willing to quote the number we tested it at.

Can I keep using Outlook?

Yes. It is standard IMAP and submission, so your existing app keeps working. You will change the server name and nothing else.

Can I have shared calendars?

Yes, with your colleagues completed from your own directory, invitations sent on save and replies shown against the event.

I host clients — can their email look like their business?

Yes. The webmail is themed per domain, so each of your clients signs in to something carrying their own branding rather than yours or ours. That is what reseller plans are for.

What if one of my users sends something they should not?

Sending reputation is not one shared pot, so a single bad sender does not spend everyone else's. It is also something we will tell you about rather than let you discover through bounces.

Email comes with hosting

Every plan includes mailboxes on your domain, alongside your websites, DNS, databases and backups.
