New shared-hosting plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Cancel within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund of the hosting portion.

What's not refundable

• Domain registrations and renewals (registry fees are non-recoverable)
• SSL certificates after issuance
• Setup fees
• Add-ons consumed (e.g. one-time migrations)

How to request a refund

Open a ticket from your client portal. Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
