We stand behind the quality of our services. If you are not completely satisfied with your hosting plan, you may request a full refund within the first 30 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.
The 30-day period begins on the date your service is activated. Refund requests must be submitted before the 30-day window expires; we are unable to process retrospective requests after this period.
The money-back guarantee applies to first-time purchases of eligible hosting plans only. It is not available on renewals or upgrades to an existing plan.
The following services are eligible for a full refund under the 30-day money-back guarantee:
Eligible refunds will be returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Please include your registered email address and order/invoice number to help us process your request promptly. Once approved, your service will be cancelled and the refund issued to your original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
After the 30-day money-back period has elapsed, you may still cancel your service at any time via your client portal at dash.lbreeze.com. However, no partial refunds will be issued for unused time remaining in a billing period.
Your service will remain active and fully functional until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will be deactivated and data removed in accordance with our data retention policy.
If you have a billing concern or believe you have been charged in error, please contact us directly before raising a dispute with your bank or card provider. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account pending investigation. Accounts subject to fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently terminated.
