Welcome to lbreeze.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services provided by lbreeze Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services. We recommend you read this document carefully and retain a copy for your records.
These Terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of lbreeze.com and any associated sub-domains or client portals.
lbreeze Limited provides web hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, business email, and related services (collectively, “Services”). Services are provided on an as-is, as-available basis and are subject to fair use policies.
Specific service features, limitations, and terms are described on the relevant service pages at www.lbreeze.com and may be updated from time to time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice wherever possible.
To access our services you must register for an account at dash.lbreeze.com. When registering, you agree to:
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
Services are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. By subscribing to any paid service, you authorise us to charge the payment method on file at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Failure to pay may result in service suspension. Accounts more than 14 days overdue may be terminated and data deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
You may cancel any service at any time by logging into your client portal at dash.lbreeze.com and requesting cancellation, or by contacting us at hello@lbreeze.com.
Refunds upon cancellation are subject to our Refund Policy. After the 30-day money-back period, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or any other applicable policy. In the case of serious violations (e.g. illegal activity, malware distribution), termination may be immediate without prior notice.
Your use of our services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy at all times. You must not use our services for:

We aim to maintain a 99.9% monthly uptime SLA for all shared hosting services. Planned maintenance windows will be announced in advance wherever possible via the system status page at status.lbreeze.com.
The uptime SLA does not apply to:
Compensation for SLA breaches, where applicable, will be issued as service credits at our discretion.
You retain full ownership of all content, data, and materials you upload to or host on our platform (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, serve, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of delivering the contracted services.
All software, infrastructure, branding, trademarks, and intellectual property relating to the lbreeze platform and website remain the exclusive property of lbreeze Limited. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of our platform without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lbreeze Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Where applicable, our Data Processing Agreement governs the processing of personal data on your behalf as part of our hosting services.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice in your client portal at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
