We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be announced in advance where practical.

5. Billing

Services are billed in advance per your chosen cycle. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination per our dunning policy.

6. Termination

You may cancel any service at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, lbreeze is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
