A node is a machine running the agent
Kontrol7 and Stasys count the machines the software runs on, never your customers or sites.
Any server or virtual machine you have added to Kontrol7, until you remove it, whatever jobs it holds: web, mail, DNS, database, backup, statistics, VM host, object storage or AI. Web, database, DNS and backups can share a server; mail always has one of its own.
Any machine running the Stasys agent, servers and workstations alike. Checks against a website, port or certificate from outside never count.
Frequently asked questions
Do these prices include VAT?
No. Every price on this site excludes VAT. It is added at the rate that applies to you and shown on your invoice.
Do the prices include the servers?
No. Kontrol7 and Stasys are software you run on hardware you already have or rent.
When does my licence renew?
On the same day each month. The renewal invoice goes out before the period ends, and a saved card is charged if you turn that on.
How do I pay?
By card at checkout. Ask us if you would rather be invoiced for the year.
Can I move from another panel?
Yes. Kontrol7 imports sites from cPanel or Plesk archives and mail from any IMAP server.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing already running is switched off. You stop receiving updates, and adding servers or hosts needs a current licence.
