A reseller plan is not a stack of small hosting plans with a discount on it. It is one allowance of websites, databases, mailboxes and storage, and a console for handing pieces of it out.
Pooled, not one plan each
You buy the websites, databases, mailboxes and storage once. A client with three sites uses three of the websites; a client with none uses none. You size the plan rather than the client.
Each client signs in as themselves
Invite a client by email and they get their own account with their own password. They see their own services and nothing of anyone else's, including yours.
A console that shows the ceiling
The reseller console lists every client account under yours with the services each one holds, and what you have used against what you hold. You find out you are nearly full before a client does.
One container per website
Every client site is its own unprivileged container with its own CPU and memory. One client's busy afternoon stays one client's busy afternoon, and a compromise of one site does not reach the next.
Their branding on the webmail
kmail is themed per domain. Your client signs in at mail on their own domain, on their own certificate, to something carrying their name — not yours and not ours.
Certificates and backups per site
SSL issued and renewed for every client site and every mail domain. Backups daily, kept fourteen days, restored from the panel rather than from a queue.

Updraft for a book of client sites you could still name from memory. Jetstream when the hosting is the business rather than something you do alongside it. Same platform, same isolation, same backups — the only difference is how much of it you hold.

Frequently asked questions
How many clients can I have?
As many as the quota holds. Updraft is 25 client websites, 50 databases, 125 mailboxes and 50 GB of storage; Jetstream is 200 websites, 400 databases, 1000 mailboxes and 400 GB. A client with three sites uses three of the websites, so the number of clients is yours to decide rather than ours to cap.
Will my clients know they are on lbreeze?
The webmail they use every day is themed to their own domain and carries their branding, not ours. The control panel and the client area are ours and say so. If the panel itself has to carry your name, that is not a reseller plan — it is a Zephyr and kstack licence, and the table above sets out what changes.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. We bill you for the plan you hold. What you charge your clients, and how you collect it, is yours to set.
Can a client have email and no website?
Yes. Mailboxes come out of your allowance whether or not there is a site alongside them, so a client who only needs mail on their domain costs you mailboxes rather than a website.
Is annual cheaper?
Yes, on both plans, and by the same arithmetic as the rest of the catalogue: you pay ten months for twelve. Updraft is £390 a year against £39 a month, and Jetstream is £1,490 against £149.
Can you move my clients across from my current host?
Yes, sites and mail both. A migration is done as a rehearsal first — copied, compared and checked on a temporary address — so you can tell a client a date rather than a hope. How that runs is set out on the migrations page.
What happens when I outgrow Jetstream?
That is usually the point at which running the platform costs less than renting it. Zephyr and kstack are the billing platform and the control panel lbreeze itself runs on, and they are licensed to anyone who wants to run their own.
Bringing clients with you
Sites, databases, mailboxes with their folders and read state, and the DNS records that point at them. We rehearse the move and show you the counts before anything switches over.
